Return Policy
Due to health requirements, all sales are FINAL. Any defective product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service department, and include the details of your order and defective product. Our support representatives can then provide you with the correct contact information for the manufacturer.

Shipping Details
Your order will arrive in an plain brown box, with a return address in Chatsworth, CA.

Orders are processed and shipped on the same day they are placed, Monday - Friday. Due to UPS pickup scheduling, an order placed after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped on the next business day.

Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

Credit Card Security
Any personal credit card information you submit to SbsexToys.com for ordering is encrypted through our network using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) as it is transmitted over the Internet. The information then resides solely on a secure server and can be accessed only in reference to fulfilling your order(s) and answering queries. When you place an order, we'll ask you to enter your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and credit card number with expiration date.

We will retain only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for order reference purposes.

We also use a credit card processing service to bill the user for products and services. This company does not store a user's personal information nor use it for any marketing purposes.
